Risk Analysis in Pharmaceuticals

Cubix Software has been contracted by a London based consultancy to help on the development of a high profile project for one of their major clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The project involves developing an application that the client can use for risk analysis across all the business functions and present as a highly visual chart summarizing these risks to the key stakeholders in their business; with the ability to drill down into a specific risk to see all the detail that contributes to that risk. The application imports existing data from each of these business functions and allows the user to consolidate risks using standard wizard style screens. While consolidating these risks the user has the ability to allocate a risk score based on impact and likelihood or take the calculated average of the consolidated risks.
